Overview
Overview
Over five years at Oracle NetSuite, I drove the UX evolution of the Foundation platform, leading both its modernization and the shift toward AI-first workflows. I set the UX strategy and guided cross-functional workstreams, redefining how administrators and developers configure and extend the world’s #1 cloud ERP.
My work improved extensibility for 43k+ global customers and directly contributed to a 90% UX-Lite score for next-generation product launches.

Recently, as NetSuite began transforming again — this time toward an AI-first platform — I was invited to think beyond feature-level AI and explore how AI fundamentally changes the way ERP systems are designed and used.

As the end-to-end design lead, I reimagined deployment as an agentic, guided workflow—helping non-technical users navigate complexity, surface risks, and confidently orchestrate deployments without relying on code-heavy processes.

Explored agentic workflow design patterns within our ERP system, defining where human-in-the-loop intervention is required, how agents transition between autonomy and oversight, and how design components surface reasoning, state, and control at each step of the workflow.

I joined teams rooted in legacy, engineering-driven workflows where UX wasn’t always part of early decision-making. By building trust with PMs and engineers, I helped reframe UX as shared problem-solving and enabled earlier, smoother collaboration in constrained platform environments.
I began my journey as an almost new graduate, learning how large-scale systems come together piece by piece. Over time, I grew into a solo design lead—owning entire product areas and guiding cross-functional teams through growing scope, complexity, and ambiguity with increasing confidence.
From the early days of adopting the Redwood design system to recently exploring agentic workflows shaped by generative AI, I am continuously learning how to design without a playbook—adapting in motion while staying focused on solving complex problems and bringing clarity at scale.

Reflection: Five Years on the Platform Team
Over the past five years on the Platform team at Oracle, I’ve grown alongside the systems I helped shape—both technically and organizationally. Platform work is rarely about polish alone; it’s about creating clarity, alignment, and leverage across teams operating at scale.
