Over four years at Oracle NetSuite, I drove the UX evolution of the Foundation platform, leading both its modernization and the shift toward AI-first workflows. I set the UX strategy and guided cross-functional workstreams, redefining how administrators and developers configure and extend the world’s #1 cloud ERP.

My work improved extensibility for 43k+ global customers and directly contributed to a 90% UX-Lite score for next-generation product launches.

Agentic Workflow Pattern Exploration

Explored agentic workflow design patterns within our ERP system, defining where human-in-the-loop intervention is required, how agents transition between autonomy and oversight, and how design components surface reasoning, state, and control at each step of the workflow.
